Five National Grid sites to go up for auction

Five small sites owned by National Grid will be sold at auction on 11 October, agent BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced. BNP Paribas became National Grid Property’s Real Estate service provider in April this year in a three year contract with an option to extend for a further two years.

There will be five sites coming forward in Lambert Smith Hampton’s October Auction, with strategic development opportunities located nationwide.

The sites are

  • A commercial site of 0.142 acres at Mayors Avenue, Dartmouth, Devon,TQ6 9NG
  • Cleared land of  0.03 acres suitable for car parking near Blundells Road, Tiverton.
  • Land of  0.11 acres  in Eltham, South East London. The site sits at the corner of Avery Lane playing field
  • A two-bedroom cottage at 7 Manor House Road, Dollar, Clackmannanshire FK14 7HB
  • A house with land of 0.2 acres at 26 New Road, Leicester, LE8 0LE

The Auction is taking place at 11am on 11th October 2016 at Le Meridien, 21 Piccadilly, London, W1J 0BH.

BNP Paribas said it also looks forward to introducing a number of Private Treaty opportunities. It also has five commercial properties available for rent.
