I have CHP the Scottish Government paid for installation for me as I am an owner on an estaste that the
landlord was installing this system in there homes . I have an individual contract with SSE the power suppliers
Recently I hade problems with and the suppliers are now threatening to change after they put right the fault in
the equipment in my and 225 other homes this will leave us financially responsible for this fault should it occur
again . The ombudsman cannot help in this matter as it is commercial I am unaware if Heat Trust can as I do not
know who has the paper to say how many homes on the estate is covered . I live on the Wyndford Estate
Maryhill Glasgow Scotland. I am trying to find out if SSE can change contract without consultation even though
they have admitted mistake and owners wish to retain original contract . Bill Carroll
