Mitsubishi and Ovo offer ‘free power’ to cover 10k of electric driving

Customers who purchase a new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV before the end of March will get a £20 voucher each month towards electricity for two years if they switch their domestic supply to OVO Energy’s EV Everywhere bundle, the companies have announced. The companies estimate that will cover 10,000 miles of motoring in the vehicle.

The Outlander PHEV’s electric range is 28 miles.

This is the first initiative in a  new collaboration between OVO Energy and Mitsubishi Motors in the UK.
The offer requires customers to sign up to OVO Energy’s EV Everywhere bundle on a 2-year fixed tariff. The bundle includes either a free, untethered, 7kW smart charger (worth £400 with a grant) or free BP Chargemaster Polar Plus Membership.
