NHS Trust awards contract for EV chargers at 10 sites

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust has awarded a £333,000 contract to install electric vehicle (EV) chargers to eEnergy.
The project will see 48 EV chargers installed across 10 Trust sites including Tenbury, Malvern, Kidderminster, and Bromsgrove. The rollout will start in November and completed by end of January 2026. The rollout includes a mix of 7kW and 11kW units, serving staff and public car parks at hospitals, clinics and administrative offices.
This is the Trust’s second EV charging investment with eEnergy. The company said it had supported the Trust in securing government funding, and in carrying out site surveys to provide investment-grade proposals to underpin a successful funding application.
