BayWa r.e wins Good Energy turbine management contract, seeks more

BayWa r.e is to operate and maintain six solar farms owned by Good Energy.
The solar farms have a combined capacity of 30 MW. They are:

Carloggas, Cornwall – 8.30MW
Woolbridge, Dorset – 4.99MW
Creathorne, Cornwall – 1.84MW
Rookwood, Wiltshire – 4.98MW
Cross Road, Dorest – 4.99MW
Lower End, Wiltshire – 4.99MW

Tess Sundelin, managing director of BayWa r.e. Operation Services, said: “Following a competitive tender process, we’re delighted to be entering into this long-term partnership with Good Energy.
“…. The UK O&M sector is evolving rapidly as the market looks for providers who can deliver performance and professionalism for the long term.”
BayWa r.e recently opened an office in Milton Keynes. It services over 700 MW of large-scale solar and wind farms in the UK, and said it is expecting significant further business growth in 2017.

    I represent a local Rotary club in Wareham Dorset and notice that you operate local solar farms. Do you ever give talks for the community & would anybody like to give a talk to the Rotary on a Tuesday evening (informal)
